 Attention all Current and Future WTRC USA Swimming Officials
The Dayton Commission Officials Spring Clinic is being held Tues. April 22 from 7-10 PM at the Beavercreek Church of the Nazarene, 1850 N. Fairfield Rd, Beavercreek, OH 45432.  Attendance at one clinic each year (spring or fall) is mandatory to retain your USA-S certification.  Please bring your USA membership card and your LSC officials card for verification of membership, certification and the required 6 sessions worked.  The clinic fee will be $6.

All individuals interested in becoming a USA-S official are encouraged to attend this clinic too.  There will be a separate breakout session for individuals to learn about the requirements (very easy) to become a USA -S official.  Please contact Kevin Pendergast at (937) 866-7250 if you would like additional information.

● Help Needed for Rec Center Levy Campaign!
We really need a few Sharks parents to help put together Rec Levy yard signs at "FastSigns" right across from the Rec Center at 9:00 AM this Saturday (1/26).  It's easy and will take no more than two hours.  If you can help, please e-mail Randy Sparks.
 
● Championship T-Shirt Orders: Deadline Extended Until Thursday, Jan. 24!
Sharks "Championship Team" T-Shirts must be purchased this year.  Molly Hoffmann must have orders by the end of the day Thursday.  Put your orders in the Hoffmann folder.  They're great looking shirts so don't miss out

● Practice Changes Week of January 07, 2008 only:
Friday January 11 practice for Tigers and Seniors will be from 3:30 to 4:45.  Makos and Leopards will not practice Friday Jan. 11.  They will have practice on Saturday morning January 12 from 9-10.  Lemons and Hammerheads will have normal practices.

In Memoriam: Bruce Bischoff, 1926-2007
Bruce Bischoff, who along with his wife Toni, was a fixture in Ohio Swimming since the 1960's, passed away Friday, November 2, 2007.  The WTRC Sharks extend their deepest sympathy to his wife and family.

Coaches' Office Hours:
Eric will have "official" office hours on Tues/Thurs from 5:30-6:30 PM.  Jeremy will be in the office on Wed. from 3:30-4:30 PM.  Coaches will be available in person or phone 432-0382 at those times.

Friday Practice Changes:
The practice schedule for Fridays has been changed to accomodate all of the groups effectively.  The Friday schedule will be as follows:

Lemonsharks   4:15-4:45 PM

Hammerheads  3:30-4:15 PM

Makos              4:45-5:45 PM

Leopards          5:45-7 PM

Tigers               5:15-7 PM

Seniors             3:30-5:15 PM, dryland 5:15-6:15 PM
